Root
to Rise

For Women Holding Full Lives

You are already doing it all.
Now imagine doing it with women beside you. Connection. Nourishment. Time that is yours.

A Note From Kim

You are a woman
in the arena.

This is not a retreat you escape to.

This is a container you return to—month after month—so you can live your life with more quality connection, energy, presence, and reverence.

Without stepping away from it.

You're the entrepreneur answering emails after the kids are asleep. The mother holding everyone's schedules, needs, and feelings in her mind at once. The partner who shows up fully even when her own cup is dry. The leader others rely on—while quietly wondering who holds her.

You are wearing every hat. You are doing it beautifully. And something in you is quietly asking: Where is my time? Where are my women? Where do I go to be inspired, held, and genuinely nourished?

I hear you. Because I am you.

I have traveled extensively, lived across different cultures, and witnessed something extraordinary everywhere I have gone — women coming together in circle, sharing a meal, moving through the world together. I have felt the medicine of ancestral wisdom and collective knowledge. I have seen what happens when women slow down, enter shared space, and remember what it means to be truly resourced by one another.

That experience — the gathering, the rhythm, the beauty of women in community — is what Root to Rise was born from. I want to create a space of intention and love, where we fill our cups from one another, where nature is the backdrop, and where showing up becomes its own act of self-devotion.

Root to Rise is inspired by a year-long women's program I just completed in Marin — and everything it awakened in me. It pulls from the practice of slowing down and simply being. From somatic wisdom and the deep medicine that is women gathering in group. This was a foundation of our ancestral experience, and we need to reclaim it.

The Intention

"Let Go to Fill Up"

Let go of what is heavy, misaligned, or no longer yours to carry.
Fill back up — with clarity, resilience, and your own inner knowing.
Widen and deepen your vessel. Return to your life more resourced.

This Circle Was Built For

Women who carry, create, and lead

The mothers. The founders. The builders. The caretakers. The visionaries.
Women who give deeply — and need intentional space to replenish.

◯
The Entrepreneur

You build with vision and grit

Your business runs because you run it. You are resourceful, resilient, capable of extraordinary things. You also know you cannot keep pouring from the same well. You are ready for a community of women who understand the weight and the thrill of building something real.

◯
The Mother

You hold your family together

The emotional labor is invisible and constant. The love is immeasurable. And beneath the caregiving lives a woman who needs to be cared for too. A space where you are simply yourself — not anyone's mother, not anyone's everything. Just you.

◯
The Leader & Partner

You support, manage, produce

Teams, relationships, households, visions. You hold multiple worlds with steadiness and grace. You are ready for a place where you are held — not needed, not performing — where replenishment is not a reward for finishing but a practice woven into your life.

◯
The Woman Wearing Every Hat

Doing it well — and wanting more

More resonance. More groundedness. More of the feeling you get when you are finally, fully present with women who truly get it. You don't want to escape your life. You want to live it with deeper capacity, richer connection, and the tools to handle everything you are carrying — with grace and even joy.

This is not about healing what is broken. This is about resourcing what is already strong. You are not too much. You are not behind. You are exactly who this was made for.

The Supper Club

Around the table,
everything deepens.

Three slow, communal evenings woven through the cohort — each one prepared and set by Kim, with whole food meals brought to the table with intention. Shared dishes, Prinsley wines, seasonal teas, and unhurried conversation. Opening in June, returning in September, closing in December. These are the evenings you will still be talking about years from now.

Your Guide

Kim Ilsley Prince —
Founder, Prinsley

I am a mother, entrepreneur, and founder living on two acres in the hills of Cloverdale with a deep reverence for land. I have worked alongside regenerative projects and, alongside my husband — a regenerative specialist — I have been immersed in the rhythms of growing, tending, and stewarding living systems. I have traveled extensively, lived within different cultures, and witnessed something that has stayed with me everywhere I have gone — the extraordinary medicine of women coming together. I have felt the power of ancestral wisdom, the pull of collective knowledge, and the way a room changes when women slow down and truly share space with one another.

I have experienced it in movement, in circle, in ritual, around long tables and on wild land. I know what it feels like when it is real — when the container is strong enough that every woman in the room can exhale completely. That is what I am here to build for you.

Root to Rise was born from a year-long immersion I just completed with a women's group in Marin — and everything it cracked open in me. It draws from the practice of slowing down and simply being. From somatic wisdom and the deep, ancient medicine that is women gathering in group. This was once a foundation of how we lived. We have drifted from it. And I believe, with everything in me, that we need to find our way back.

I am ready to create this space — with beauty, love, intention, and the deep knowing that when women gather with rhythm and reverence, everything shifts.
